STAGES

Send us scanned copies of the documents (list below). Pay for the full service. After that, we begin processing the documents.

Biometrics appointment. After submitting documents online, the Consulate reviews the documents and invites you for biometrics. You will need to visit and provide fingerprints within 10 working days at the visa center.

After reviewing the application, the Embassy will send a response with an electronic permit (an Australian visa is not affixed to the passport).

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Scan of a valid international passport.
Scan of all stamps/visas from the international passport + from the previous one, if available.
One digital photo 3,5 x 4,5 cm.
Letter from the place of employment indicating position, salary, length of service in the organization, and vacation dates (mandatory). For individual entrepreneurs – a copy of the TIN, OGRNIP, and the latest income declaration of the individual entrepreneur. For self-employed individuals, a registration certificate.
Bank statement showing funds movement for 6 months (credits/debits). Minimum balance of at least 300 thousand RUB or equivalent in any currency. The statement can be ordered online from the bank's app.
Documents confirming marital status (birth certificates of minor children, marriage certificate, divorce certificate, name change certificate).
Documents for real estate/car in your name (if available).
Booking of air tickets, hotels, travel itinerary (we will provide if missing).
For children, in addition to the main list of documents:
