STAGES

Send us scanned copies of the documents (list below). Pay for the full service. After that, we begin processing the documents.

Biometrics appointment. After submitting documents online, the Consulate invites you for biometrics. You will need to go and submit fingerprints within 10 working days at the visa center.

After reviewing the application, the Embassy will send a response with approval and a request to bring the passport for the visa sticker.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Scan of a valid international passport.
Scan of all stamps/visas from the international passport + from the previous one, if available.
Certificate from the place of employment indicating position, salary amount for the last 6 months (broken down by month), duration of employment with this organization, vacation dates (mandatory). For individual entrepreneurs (IP) - Copy of TIN (INN), OGRNIP, and the latest income declaration of the individual entrepreneur. For self-employed persons, a registration certificate.
Bank statement with transaction activity for a period of at least 4 months with a balance proportionate to the trip expenses OR additionally a statement for another bank account with a balance for the trip (at least 3-5.000 Canadian $. The more, the better).
Documents confirming marital status (birth certificates of minor children, marriage certificate, divorce certificate).
Documents for real estate/ car in your name.
Booking of air tickets, hotels, travel itinerary (we will provide if missing).
If the trip is for visiting/business/study purposes β provide supporting documents.
For children, in addition to the main list of documents:
