Information about a visa to Japan

* A single-entry visa is issued with a 3-month validity window.

STAGES

  1. 1

    Fill out the form and send us copies of the documents (list below). Pay for the full service. After that, we begin processing the documents.

  2. 2

    We coordinate the transfer of originals with you and submit the documents to the Embassy for visa affixing. Your presence is not required.

  3. 3

    After reviewing the application, the Embassy affixes the visa to the passport, and once ready, we will deliver it to the address you selected.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Valid international passport.

Copies of the internal passport, pages with photo and registration at place of residence.

2 photos sized 3.5 x 4.5 cm.

Document confirming the ability to pay for the trip: - Certificate from the employer indicating salary - Bank certificate of account balance, or another document confirming the applicant's availability of funds ORIGINAL (recommended balance of at least 250 thousand in any currency).

Flight booking (If you have one; if not, we do it).

Hotel booking - preferably a real one, where you will stay. They may check at the border. You can provide the hotel name, and we will make the booking. (Or we will make a formal one).

If there are special reasons for multiple visits, provide a free-form message explaining the necessity.
