Can we work remotely?
We can discuss your trip, agree on services and prepare documents remotely. Whether you need to attend in person or provide biometrics depends on your destination and circumstances.
What does the price include?
Each destination page shows the service price and what we prepare. Consular and service-centre fees are listed separately. We agree on the final scope before starting.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against an invoice in euros. We agree on the services and the price before work begins. Consular and visa-centre fees follow the rules of the embassy or visa centre — each country page shows whether they are included.
How long does a decision take?
Processing time depends on the country and is shown on its page next to the fees, together with express tariffs where they exist.
When should I complete a questionnaire?
Once you have chosen a destination and are ready to provide information for your documents. For an initial enquiry, your name, contact details and a short description of the trip are enough.
Do you guarantee a visa?
We help prepare your documents and support the application. The destination’s authorities make the decision, so we cannot guarantee approval.
